Can I drop my child off at Tiny Town Play Café while I run errands?

No. All children must be accompanied by an adult (someone 18 or older) at all times.

What ages can play at Tiny Town?

Children of all ages are welcome. Older kids may need to be mindful of smaller children, but there is plenty for everyone to enjoy.

Do I need a reservation?

No reservation is needed for open play. Walk-ins are welcome every day we are open.

Do you offer memberships?

Yes! We offer monthly memberships, sibling discounts, and specials

How long can we stay?

Your admission allows all day play. You may leave and return at any time on the same day.

What are your hours?

Tuesday- Friday 9-5

Saturday 9-6

Sunday 12-5 (unless a private event has been scheduled)

Are you open during bad weather?

We try to remain open whenever possible.

If local schools close due to weather, we may open late or remain closed. Updates will always be posted on our Facebook page.

Why do I have to sign a waiver?
All families must sign a waiver before entering the play area. This is required by our insurance company and is standard for indoor play facilities.

You may fill out the waiver online before your visit to speed up check-in.

How do you keep Tiny Town clean?

We clean and sanitize play areas and toys throughout the day using child-safe, eco-friendly products.

Yuck Buckets are available for any toy that enters mouths or needs cleaning. These items are sanitized before returning to play.

Do you offer birthday parties?
Yes! We offer several birthday party packages with options for private play, decorations, hosts, and more.

Is Tiny Town a franchise?

No. Tiny Town Playhouse is locally owned and operated.

Can we bring in our own food or drinks?

Although we do not allow outside food or drinks, we do offer a variety of snack, drinks and a fully stocked coffee bar

Do you have a nursing room?

Yes. We provide a private nursing area for parents who need a quiet space.

Do you have diaper changing tables?

Yes. Our restroom is family restrooms and include a changing station, as well as our nursing room. 

Can adults visit without kids?

No. For safety, only adults accompanying a child are allowed inside the play area or café seating.
