Tiny Town Play Café provides a family play environment. All visitors must follow posted rules and staff instructions for the safety of all guests.

Memberships & Passes

  • Memberships may not be transferred or shared.

Waiver Requirement

All guests must have a completed waiver before entering the play area.
Parents or legal guardians must sign for minors.

Facility Rules

  • Socks are required in the play area.

  • Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

  • Rough play, unsafe behavior, or disrespect toward staff or guests may result in removal without refund.

All images, logos, branding, and content on this site belong to Tiny Town Play Café and may not be used without permission.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

General Admission

  • All admission sales are final.

  • No refunds for early departure, weather, or missed visits.

Memberships

  • Monthly memberships may be canceled after the minimum agreement period.

  • No partial refunds for unused time.

Birthday Parties & Private Events

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a date.

  • Full payment is due before or on the day of the event.

  • Cancellations:

    • More than 14 days before party: deposit may be applied to a future date.

    • Less than 14 days before party: deposit is forfeited.

Prepaid Passes / Punch Cards

  • Prepaid cards expire 12 months after purchase.

  • Expired cards may be honored at a reduced value at the manager’s discretion.

4. Liability Disclaimer

Tiny Town Play Café is a parent-supervised facility.
By entering the play area, you acknowledge and accept the following:

  • All play involves some inherent risk, including falls, collisions, and minor injuries.

  • Parents/guardians are fully responsible for supervising children at all times.

  • Tiny Town is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

You agree not to hold Tiny Town Play Café, its owners, or employees liable for injuries resulting from unsafe play, lack of supervision, or failure to follow rules.

5. Photo / Video Policy

Tiny Town may occasionally take photos or videos for marketing or social media.
We will never publicly share a child’s identifiable image without parental consent.

If you prefer no photos allowed, please inform a staff member at check-in.

Guests may take personal photos, provided:

  • Only their own children are photographed

  • Other children are not included without permission

  • Photos are used for personal, not commercial, purposes
